Light

Today for my birthday we had a special treat. Dr. Dower came in to talk to us about light!

We learned that light travels FAST. It moves more slowly in water.
Light moves in a straight line but it can be reflected (like in a mirror!)

Bending light with water!!

Dr. Dower visit

Dr. Dower came in today to show us what Liquid Nitrogen can do! He also taught us about the four phases of matter: solid, liquid, gas, plasma.
